The classic Golden Edge model was designed for the noble Hungarian Hadik family. Janos Hadik played an important role as president of Herend Porcelain between 1926 and 1933. Although the gold decorations on the edges take up little space, they have fascinated masters and artists for years, demonstrating the perfection of fine gold lines carved on snow-white porcelain.
